- All drivers need regular DBS checks, proper licenses, and safe vehicles.
- Drivers must treat all passengers equally, including those with disabilities.
- Driver must disclose if they have any criminal record or Ex- Offender while joining Seven Star Minicabs
- Minicab travel safer and more reliable across the UK.
What type of vehicles do we offer?
We have a large fleet of PCO licensed vehicles including Saloon, Estate, MPV, Large MPV (8 Seater) and also executive cars. If you are not sure which vehicle you will require you can find more information about the capacity of our vehicles on step two of the booking stage. Alternatively contact a member of our team on the 020 8318 7777 facility which is available 24 hours a day.
Can I book a journey with the Driver?
To avoid disappointment, please pre-book your journey with the office and not the Driver. We do not encourage private bookings with the Drivers, as these bookings are illegal, not confirmed, and are not covered by the Driver’s insurance.
Can I hail one of your Minicabs off the street?
Our fleet is primarily Private Hire, which means your minicab must be booked and dispatched via our control room. Not only does this ensure that you will be picked up by a proper licensed driver and vehicle but also means that the vehicle is legally insured. Only Black Cab Taxis may be hailed in London.
What if I cannot locate my driver?
If you cannot locate your driver and have not received an SMS with the driver details then simply call us on +44 020 8318 7777 and a member of our team will be happy to help.
Can I cancel my booking?
We understand sometimes your plan can change so of course you can cancel your booking. You can do so up until the vehicle has been dispatched without any charge, However if it is cancelled after this you may incur a cancellation fee.
I have paid for my ride in advance, What happens if the driver does not turn up?
Once you make a booking with us then it is our responsibility to provide you with the service/s you have requested or paid for. In the event of a breakdown we will provide you with another vehicle at no additional cost to yourself. We will never leave you stranded and that is a promise!
I may have left something in my minicab, How can I get it back?
All lost property found in our vehicles is handed into one of our offices in South East London. If you wish to have the item delivered then a minicab fare will be charged from the office to the delivery address. Alternatively you can collect the item free of charge from our offices.
Please contact us on +44 20 8318 7777 .However, any items found are kept in our office for four weeks and if they are not claimed then we hand them into any near Police Station.
